I have a wide range of past injuries that has lead to my chronic pain in my hips, back, neck, and TMJ. She was fantastic and I will definitely be making future appointments with her.

She is informative regarding continued self care. She is great at finding my trigger points and easing them and has gotten my shoulders nicely loosened up after frozen shoulder.

Monica was extremely knowledgable and helped me develop a strategy for recovery that included exercises and stretches. She cultivated a very relaxing and comfortable environment. I will definitely be returning here.
