Much gratitude to Bitrate computer service for recovering much of the data after my older computer's hard drive bit-the-dust without warning. I'm on a tight budget so Steve found an older, used hard drive and transferred my recoverable files from the *dead-as-a-doorknob* hard drive onto the working hard drive and installed it. Minimal cost for the repair and many much-needed files saved. Quick and friendly service.

Steve was quick to respond to emails and very accommodating of my university schedule. I use my computer all day everyday and he was able to complete the repairs quickly without me having to suffer without my computer for school.
