(November 9, 2020, 4:15 am)I was looking for a humming bird feeder for a while and wanted a good quality one. They have lots of selections, different shapes and volumes. There was a cute one look like test tubes and some very decorative ones. I chose one with a flat bottom and perching station for the humming birds. It has a life time warranty and my hummers loved it. The price is reasonable considering the quality. If you want to keep your feeders up in the winter, they also have one with a heater attached to it. Good place to have a hands on experience.

(March 17, 2020, 10:19 pm)I just called the store to see if they would ship our bird supplies to us in Ladysmith on our UPS account. No need to do that, they said they would deliver to our door, at no charge, within a couple of days! What a great service to offer customers. We are seniors with health issues so we didn't want to have to go to the store due to the pandemic. They are also very knowledgeable and friendly. This is where we now buy all our bird supplies. A1 customer service which most companies seem to have forgotten.

(January 12, 2020, 7:05 pm)My friend picked up a hummingbird hand feeder for me from the Buchart Gardens in Victoria, it was 6.99. I went to this store hoping to find a feeder with multiple ports and as I was there I noticed the exact same hand feeder my friend purchased - packaging and all - for nearly triple the price. It was something I have not forgotten and can't bring myself to return to this store.
However it is a good place to find gifts for bird lovers and I did find the hummingbird feeder I was looking for.
