(December 31, 2021, 9:38 pm)I called and spoke to Ryan at acme, from the very beginning Ryan has very helpful! He came out the next day, gave me a very well written invoice with all the information for my insurance company, charged me a very reasonable price and did it all with a smile.
I couldn't be happier with my service, Acme is always my first call and I'm never disappointed. -

He called back promptly and after discovering the problem he even provided a solution that was more cost effective than we expected. Had we gone with anyone else we would have certainly paid more, done unnecessary work and had it take longer. Thanks Ryan! Honest and professional.

I called about getting a service call in my home, not only were they the best priced in Nanaimo but so helpful/ knowledgeable over the phone. In fact, they helped me out so much, that what I needed was a very simple fix on my freezer and they helped without needing to send out a technician. Thank you so much Acme! I will absolutely be telling everyone about you, next time if I’m not so lucky with an easy repair, I know who I will be calling for a service.
