(February 26, 2018, 11:07 pm)This Pavilion opened in 1986, as a 150 bed facility. I have been inside many times and I must read all the little signs. "how to open doors & the directional signs", because Weatherby is open to the public, yet a secure building. There are staff to help you get into the elevators or just to get out of the building. Weatherby is part of the PAH Campus.
