She was instrumental at not only organizing the solution but being extremely supportive and kind in the process. To this day we are still consulting her on ongoing mortgage matters. It required looking into the potential for bridge financing as well as a small mortgage and a line of credit. Rosa Anna helped us navigate through all these potential roadblocks and bumps in the road and in the end everything worked out perfectly. Rosa-Anna was always prompt in her replies, professional and very knowledgeable and to top it all off she has a great sense of humor. We are very grateful for all her help and so happy we chose Rosa-Anna as our broker.

(March 2, 2022, 1:47 am)Rosa-Anna has always gone above and beyond to help my family out. Even when a Big Bank had a special offer for limited time and I asked her what she thought. She told me she was unable to beat it and that the Big Bank offer was a good one, but she gave her honest opinion and said that the Bank was the best offer at this time. I was surprised as she could have easily suggested one of her rates to get the business, but her honesty keeps me coming back and asking for advice. Rosa-Anna has always gotten back to me so quickly anytime I ask just a general question. Would highly recommend Rosa-Anna for mortgages and or advice.
