Everything about this gym is fantastic! I've been working with Rachel for the past 3 months now at PR Fitness, and I honestly can't say enough good things about what she has done for me personally. She is constantly watching my form to ensure I'm working the right muscles at the right time and not straining anything I shouldn't. Her knowledge and guidance on my meal plan has helped me tremendously. Love the atmosphere and at the gym and the boutique feel of it all. Thank you, Parwez, for bringing such a great studio gym, filled with awesome trainers, to White Rock!

I've been training at PR Fitness for a month now. The facility itself is super clean with great atmosphere/ music/ equipment. The workouts are 1-1 custom training to help you achieve your fitness goals. I train with Parwez about twice a week and he's professional, knowledgeable and really focuses on form and detail. My workouts have significantly contributed to both my physical and mental health positively over such a short period of time! If you're looking to take your fitness goals to the next level this is the place! :)

I have been training in PR Fitness Studio for 5 months now, working with Dave Lacroix. Dave is a very committed and knowledgeable trainer. Dave is very focused on achieving the goals I have set for myself with specific exercises and nutrition advice. The sessions with Dave are challenging as well as kinda fun.
My strength has increased, progressively lifting heavier weights. I am very satisfied with the results so far.
Dave is always correcting my technique to ensure max results and avoid injuries, and motivating me to push further. I have always shown up for a session with Dave waiting and ready with the days routine. I would highly recommend Dave and the PR team to anyone looking to improve their fitness and health.

I have really enjoyed attending PR fitness for the past few months. My trainer, Rachel, is really attentive and a pleasure to work with. I was very inactive for the past few years (COVID) and going to PR fitness has completely changed my lifestyle. I have never gone to Personal training and it’s not just running laps… Rachel build let me workout routines, meal plans and is always available via text message. Book with her if you want to change your life for the best!

PR Fitness studio is absolutely amazing! Has every machine you can think of. Parwaz is very knowledgeable, motivating and diverse in his training method. He always treated me with the up most respect and has been able to guide me to hit my goals time and time again. I would recommend everybody to try PR Fitness . It doesn’t matter what level your fitness if your just starting out or playing at a very high level in your respected sport Parwez will get you to that other level I can guarantee it. 10/10 .
