He is detailed, methodical and spends enough time in the property to make anyone feel confident about a purchase. He has extensive knowledge and great communication skills. Highly recommended.

(April 20, 2013, 4:25 pm)We hired Metrik Home Inspections when negotiating the purchase of our family home. The entire experience, from first communication through detailed debrief was great. The owner (Bruno) was our inspector. He was professional, attentive, helpful and focused throughout the process.
Details that made the experience great:
1. He answered the phone (sounds simple but when time is a factor , this was key)
2. He listened to what our needs were
3. He was flexible around our schedule
4. He was thorough in his review of the home
5. He took as much time as we wanted to explain his findings
On top of everything, we had a follow up question after the sale was complete and he met us at the house to help review the potential issue.
Overall, our experience with Metrik Home Inspections was positive and professional .
We will be hiring Bruno and his team again when we purchase our next home. -
