(May 17, 2020, 11:00 pm)launched a 28 foot boat about a month ago at very low tide, and had tons of water under the boat.
The big guy in the black 4x4 Jacket who sold me my parking pass was really nice, and friendly, told me when prawning season was best, where to catch crabs, and also said they have concrete to zero tide, with the ability to still launch a large boat like mine..
With the Covid thing happening it was really nice that they were open, and accommodating. I will be back out there again for sure.. . I had my boat in beside the dock, and another large boat launch right beside me.. -

(April 11, 2020, 12:37 am)First time launching the boat at Sunset Marina, definitely not the last. The ramp is smooth and wide enough for multiple boat trailers. The launch isn’t tide dependent as we launched at low tide without any problems. There’s a dock right beside so you can tie up and park your car, and there’s also a hose station so you can spray off your boat and flush the engine after a day out on the water.
