Good food - not great. Decor so so. Hospitality excellent.

First time @ Mer's Kitchen for a pepperoni pizza & Kolsch. I'm new to Ambleside but first place I've seen with live music outside Park Royal & great craft beer on tap (Bridge is an awesome brewery). Piano tonight was fantastic - live music great addition to the neighbourhood!

The food is nice. The person I was with loves this place and is her "go to" place very often. I had a caesar salad and the MK Signature pizza which as chopped pancetta, mushrooms, and fromage bleu. The only reason I did not give it five star is for the fact there was an small elastic band under the pizza when I took the first slice. The chef came out to check on us and apologize saying it was from a parsley bunch.

They have done a great job with the place! inside looks amazing! Service was excellent! We went there for lunch and had a great meal! I can safely say it was the best lunch I've ever had. Their Pizza was very unique and tasty, fresh home made 100%!!! U should try this new place! I am a chef myself and I can tell when all of the ingredients are fresh or frozen and they are all fresh here! We had special appetizer meat balls that are to die for! The sauce was also home made! We will go there again at night to get into the vibe of their live music :)

very good food. Girlfriend had the Reuben sandwich and I had a "Sea and Garden" pizza. The Reuben was how I remember it when I was a kid... amazing! Entangled warm corned beef, sauerkraut, melted swiss and Russian dressing on marble rye. The pizza crust was thin and crispy with jumbo shrimp, basil pesto and artichokes.
Staff are friendly and prices are good for the quality and uniqueness of food you get.
