Wonderful friendly service. Farid helped me so much when my husband was ill. He is the best!!!!
What an amazing store, and such helpful personal service from Farid! They fixed my webcam on my Dell when it failed after a Windows 10 update. If you're a bit of a computer geek, this is the store to visit to find inexpensive trade-in computers, electronics, printers etc.

Amazing service. Another computer repair place told me my laptop with water damage was beyond saving, brought it to Kanata Tech and two days later it's fixed! Very good pricing, will definitely be coming back.
The only place I will ever bring my computer to now. Could not believe how awesome the service was! I've been to a few computer repair and service places now on the north shore and this is the only one I will come back to! I am definitely a happy customer!
