Mr Behzadi was especially helpful and kind in helping us get our mortgage for the cheapest rate he could possible give. We highly recommend him for getting a mortgage.

During the entire process he was very responsive and helpful guiding me through every step.
I was originally looking at B lenders with much higher rates and closing costs due to my short work history. He helped me get approved through a A lender with very competitive rates and a much higher total mortgage amount which saved me thousands of dollars up front and hundreds of dollars per month on my payment while at the same time getting into a more expensive property!
I would highly recommend Farzad to anyone looking to arrange financing for a home👌🏻
