His crew is hardworking, efficient and fast. They finished our house ahead of schedule which is rare in Vancouver. We are very happy with the job they have done and their attention to details. Very smooth experience overall.

(April 30, 2021, 4:38 pm)Cube4 construction managed my commercial renovations for a 6000 sq ft facility in DT Vancouver. The experience was incredibly professional. Their team was flexible, understanding and kind as we navigated a very difficult building followed by a pandemic.
Not only did they help with the renovations, they also helped with permitting by showing up to city meetings and explaining the complexities of our building.
Highly recommend working with them. -

If there was an issue with something, he called with solutions and provided options, I never had to worry about anything as I was confident the project was in good hands. They finished on time, and on budget. Our new spaces look beautiful and we are so happy we chose Cube 4. I can not say enough good things about Arash and Jubin and highly recommend their work.

It was a pleasure to work with them, Cube 4 is professional, supportive and always on call for any question I had during the whole time. They managed both timeline and budget well! They are the one to go to when you have a project and you need someone super professional to manage! They did a great job on helping my dream come true!
