(December 3, 2020, 1:11 am)Amir is knowledgeable, patient, and kind--all of the characteristics that are both needed and very much appreciated when learning about and purchasing healthcare equipment and daily living aids for elders. Amir fundamentally understands the challenges involved with seniors' aging-in-place, and he does his best to attend to the needs of his clients (in terms of cost, recommendations, delivery time frames, etc.). Whether by phone, email, or in-person, Amir's approach to customer service made me and my family feel supported, taken care of, and, most of all, understood. Because of this, we will continue to put our trust in Amir and the staff at Advanced Medical Healthcare Equipment for all future healthcare equipment needs for our elderly loved ones. I then received a call the next day with news that a different model had arrived which they suggested would offer more support. Would highly recommend!
