Visited this clinic for an emergency visit after some acute eye irritation didn’t resolve on it’s own. Dr. Patricia Rupnow was courteous and kind, and although she was rushed trying to fit me in for a brief appointment between already booked patients, she recognized that something wasn’t right, treated me quickly and efficiently, and had me booked in at a more appropriate time for a quick follow-up. The staff at the office also seemed kind, compassionate, and highly competent. I would highly recommend her and this office if you are in need of eye care.

The one caveat I might add is that despite having a rather significant portion of their website dedicated to emergency care, they don’t seem to be set up to deal with any significant number of acute/walk-in emergencies, and a sign on the door states an email is required before being seen. I’m not sure what effect COVID has had on their service, and I felt accommodated despite this, but I think that I was the exception, not the rule. I wouldn’t show up here and expect to be treated immediately... hospital’s emergency departments might be a better choice for emergency care.

I found this store for my mom (Leanne) who was struggling to find a store that carried the frames she liked. Everyone who helped her was welcoming, kind, and took the time to make sure she got the frames she liked and the lenses she needed. They will be the go to optometrists for our family from now on!

The place is beautiful, new, professional, top quality!
They helped me with full service, eye health, glasses prescription, and I got contacts with them. Helped me with my student insurance. Would recommend to anyone!
