Friendly and efficient but can be slow at times
I like how Superstore offers the option for folks to purchase groceries online and then pick up in the designated PC Express parking spots. However, with this being said, there are a few cons that are important to keep in mind:
1. There isn't always someone present to answer the phone when you call to let them know you have arrived. If you are in a rush, this may be an issue.
2. People who physically go inside Superstore to shop have parked in the spots designated for PC Express.
3. The items are not always picked with care - I have gotten produce that have already gone bad or dairy or bakery products that expire the next day. (PC Express customer service have always been good in refunding the amount should this happen.)
4. They don't always carefully place items in the trunk, especially now that they are no longer bagged. I usually leave reusable bags in the trunk for them to use but they never do. (I never asked them directly to put items in the bag so maybe that's why.)
I will continue to use this service in the future for the convenience benefit for sure but I do hope that things improve on their end.
