Very good place to do the maintenance services of your chevrolet. The price is not much different from the other places.
Nitin and Marco from the services department are awesome, they care about customers and go beyond.
I had an issue with a wrong part that was sent from the US. Given my tight deadline, Nitin was able to sort it out and get the correct part in few days.
My Chevy Traverse was due for an oil change so I connected with Al in sales who sold me the car and he was as per usual extremely helpful and connected me with Marco in service. On the day of the appointment I rolled in and Marco was amazing in that he listened attentively and was very accommodating to ensure all my concerns were addressed especially around the challenges facing all of us during the current COVID19 social distancing measures. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the service area, Marco’s very positive attitude and outstanding customer service oriented attitude. My oil change was completed in a much shorter time than promised and the very nice gentleman who did the service (JC?) answered all my remaining questions and I was back on the road in no time. I am very grateful to Marco and the rest of his amazing team at Dueck downtown service who made every effort possible to provide me with such a positive experience. Many thanks!
