They are consistently great - they called me back right away to schedule, they called when they were 30 minutes away, arrived on time, cleaned everything out quickly, and all the people involved were super friendly. I called in the morning and spoke with a very friendly office representative regarding the removal of a large couch which had already been moved out onto our front lawn.
Two young men arrived in the afternoon to remove the couch. They were very courteous, pleasant and efficient. I would fully recommend this company for anyone wanting to remove junk items for a reasonable cost. -

(February 24, 2022, 7:51 pm)From the first phone call to the end of the pick up, everyone was fantastic. We were clearing out our mums room at the care home. She had just passed and we were all feeling fragile. Shelby was a delight on the phone and made sure that the crew that was assigned to us were OK with getting a rapid test for covid so they could enter. The two nice men that showed up were calm and kind. We really appreciated them. I would most definitely recommend 505 junk to anyone.

It was a bit of a challenging situation, but Alex and his team worked to make the removal of an entire apartment of items seamless and stress-free. The workers on-site were on time, professional, cheerful and completed everything in record timing.
