(April 25, 2021, 11:35 pm)Wonderful doctors and nurses, super friendly every time I head over there. Their prices are a little on the higher end, but for the service and follow ups I get, totally worth it! Both of my cats have been visiting this hospital since they were kittens!

(August 22, 2020, 6:30 pm)We’ve had great experiences here with both of our cats. The vet techs and support staff at the front desk are always incredible and friendly. We never hesitate to bring our cats here. As is the same in all animal hospitals, there are some vets that we personally like more than others, but I would trust any of them to care for our cats.

(July 8, 2020, 8:53 pm)I came to Oak Animal Hospital as a first time client a few days ago because my puppy was feeling really sick. My primary vet was not able to take us in for 4 weeks and I had to call many clinics to book an appointment just to be disappointed that they all also had a long wait. However Oak Animal was able to schedule my puppy in that same morning! I could tell the staff and vets genuinely care for all the animals and their customer service is professional, thorough and spectacular! A few days after my puppy’s appointment they also called to check in on my puppy to ensure all things were going well! I really appreciated this as my primary vet has never done this before. I will be switching to Oak Animal as my primary vet moving forward for any of my puppy’s needs! This was a great first experience and I definitely recommend anyone to bring their pets here.

(June 17, 2020, 2:05 pm)This place is the absolute best. I feel that every staff member I have ever encountered (from front desk to various doctors over the year) truly love what they do and they really care about their clients (both human and animal).
Having moved a couple times I've switched vets here and there over the years, but now I will always go out of my way to bring all my rascals to Oak Animal Hospital, because I know they're going to get best care around (and they don't gouge you on their costs, which is an added bonus). -

(April 20, 2020, 12:14 am)I LOVE THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!! Dr. Chang is the best vet in the world! I cannot recommend her ENOUGH!! She has saved my rodents so many times! Is so caring and sweet, intuitive and patient. The front of the house is so kind too! They are just lovely!! I am so grateful they are in Vancouver. Your animals will thank you for bringing them here :) I only have rats but I see so many other animals coming in and leaving very happy
