We recieved very comprehensive reports from the team of specialists that enabled us to advocate for our child in school district to ensure her needs were met through adaptations for safety and all forms of development (ie physical, social, emotional, intellectual, moral)
As a parent, Sunny Hill felt like the first place to fully reflect back to us and understand the complexity of our beautiful daughter.
Many dr. appointments can feel professional and thorough, however at Sunny Hill I also felt genuinely that the professionals truly care about our child's well being. They also support parents to do self care to remain at our best. I never felt she was just a file number. We truly feel blessed for the professionals that have landed on her path.
I can not wait until Sunny Hill is on site near Children's Hospital because I can only imagine the synergy of the amazing pediatric minds and departments working together. Together we're better!
