For new customers: Note that their phone game isn't very strong, so you may need to call more than once, because they don't check their voicemails as part of policy. New customers have to come in by appointment before they will deal with you.

(August 4, 2015, 6:47 pm)Paul and staff are very professional and knowledgeable especially in refunding Canadians who have had Casino winnings taxed in the U.S.A.
Their fees are very reasonable.
Of the 5 or 5 6 returns they have submitted for me, I have been refunded 100% of the 30% with-holdings by the various Casinos.
