After the toy was found by hotel staff, Fouad and his staff promptly arranged pick up and kept me informed of the timeline of delivery. They also took initiative to communicate with the hotel manager when needed. "Birdie" found his way home safely and soundly on Friday. Great & friendly service. I would recommend Vrè Nord Delivery Co.!!!
