Eric was very knowledgable and professional. He helped me pick out a mattress I would have never pick on my own and I'm loving it. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Eric’s excellent customer service while being courteous, humble, polite and professional. Having all these qualities in one sale’s person is very rare however if you want to experience it yourself, speak with Eric when you are shopping for your next mattress and you will know what I am talking about. Erick goes above and beyond for all his clients and very customer centric person who always put’s himself in his customer’s shoes. Recently I purchased 2 mattresses from this location and Eric was the sale’s person I dealt with, I was completely blown away with the professionalism and advice I got from him in regards to looking at various options. I highly recommend consulting with Eric at this location for a 5 star mattress buying experience !

I missed their delivery call, but the store (Eric) called me later to ensure I was reached so I wouldn't miss the drop off. It impressed me they followed up after leaving me a VM. I appreciated that. As it turned out the delivery men were on time (within the delivery window) and so professional that they were able to retrieve my old mattress from my bed WHILE my baby slept right there in his crib, next to the bed in the room. They were super quiet and fast. I also got a good price for my mattress (Sandy was great to work with at the store). I liked that I was able to pay for the whole purchase at my door upon delivery after putting down a deposit in the store. Because good customer service is hard to go by, I am letting you know you won't be disappointed at this store. I would definitely come here again.
