(April 2, 2022, 4:03 am)Kan Wang of Rbc marpole offered me fantastic and speedy service. I was in an urgency to get bank document. He did it happily. I ask him to redo it two time. He did it within 29 minutes. Wow. Excellent customer service even though I keep much of my holding in Rbc. Very happy with this branch’s A+++ service. Hazel Balmes has also been offering me consistent friendly and great customer service over the past 8 years.
