The after-care service has been great and I'm impressed with the follow up customer care even after 1 year of moving in. Thanks to Chantelle, Ashley and Jack for your prompt attention!
Living here at Oak and Park has been amazing. It's super clean, quiet and all the neighbours are friendly. The location is also very convenient with Marpole park just across the street, and easy access to Richmond or other parts of Vancouver. There's a real sense of community living here, and I'm very happy with my living experience at Oak + Park. -

(March 23, 2021, 6:26 am)I don't live there, but I visit regularly. Although it's located right at Oak Street and Park Drive, the atmosphere inside the complex feels quiet and safe. It's new, clean, and well-maintained.
