Nothing but good experiences with this team. I’ve had to use them a few times over the course of the last decade and every time the court order was obtained and tenant evicted (for failure to pay rent) in way less time than it ever took to go through RTB.
Hired them for a very complicated eviction. They helped me and got rid of the problem legally. Even explained the residential tenancy law the local Police who had no training in this field. If you have a problem, call them, Stephano will help !
