I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Top Hat Cleaners. Moving from a very large heritage home that has seen a century of grime and grit that I (and apparently every previous tenant) thought was permanent. Apparently not. They made it sparkle like it was brand new! Not only that it was New Year’s Eve and they stayed late to make sure it was perfect. It was more than perfect. Not to mention exceptional communication, professionalism and work ethic. Moving is stressful but add Top Hat to your move and I promise it will make it so much easier!

Top Hat Cleaning was easy to book and work with, and helped us get our much needed move out cleaning done despite a busy schedule. They did an even better job than they promised. Thanks to them, we got our deposit back in full for an apartment we lived in for years. They got all the tricky and easy to forget areas as well. 5 ⭐️ would absolutely book again.

My roommate and I decided to get our apartment professionally cleaned when we moved out and we are so glad we chose Top Hat Cleaning! They were punctual and got straight to work when they arrived.

There had been a slight miscommunication on our part about how many rooms were carpeted. They were upfront about the additional cost and the fact that a few of the larger stains might need deeper carpet cleaning than they offer but assured me they would do their best. Their best is clearly excellent because the stains are gone and we passed our move-out inspection in less than 10 minutes! I'll definitely be recommending Top Hat Cleaning to my friends!

After having a terrible experience with my previous cleaners, I needed someone ASAP that could clean the apartment for the new tenants moving in. Tara was understanding, funny and really down to earth! She was informative, laid out how she worked and what her rates were so there were no hidden charges or fees. The fact that she was able to accommodate in such a timely manner (the very next morning!) really shows her commitment to her business and clients.
