(August 1, 2020, 4:00 am)Bryce was excellent in all ways: professional, helpful, and straight-to-the point, when it came to helping my 5-year-old daughter on her new telescope. I did not even read the reviews before I visited the store and no wonder, five stars all the way through. Refreshing to have such a wonderful store in this day and age, especially during this pandemic time of frustration. Lawrence
