(January 24, 2021, 11:12 pm)Carrie is hands down the best dog groomer in Vancouver. She is patient and always does an excellent job with our dog. I am impressed when our dog comes out of the bath and tidy looking sparkling clean every time. They remove all of his knots and give him a great haircut. We’ve been going to Ball Biscuit for 4 years and the service is excellent.

They are super gentle with the dogs and really care for them. Consistently amazing services. Best groomer in the city. Highly recommend!

He has a thick undercoat and gets quite warm easily and they do a great job maintains the integrity of his natural shape while taming the more I Riley parts of his coat. On top of that, our dog can be nervous in new situations and the team at Ball and Biscuit handled him with such care and attention - he’s never had an issue being comfortable in their care. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
