The instructors are very good and talking you through the exercises. It’s super low impact on the body but you really do feel the burn in under one hour which is efficient and fun! -

(October 20, 2020, 6:37 pm)I recently started going to Lagree West a few months ago. The workouts are challenging in the best way. I leave each time knowing I had an amazing work out even if I had to modify moves to be easier for my body. Their COVID policies make you feel very safe especially the barriers in between each mega former. The instructors are all very encouraging and equally amazing but Hailey's classes are my fave! Would highly recommend!!

All the instructors I’ve had the chance of doing class with are super attentive to each clients body and provide proper guidance and verbal adjustments when needed. They each bring their own style and vibe to class too which is such a treat! You’re guaranteed the shakes and leave feeling stronger than ever. 10/10

(October 9, 2020, 5:12 pm)I love the variety that Lagree Kits offers; with their instructors and their routines. Every time I show up, I get to try something different and push myself in a new way. All of the instructors are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate their corrections and encouragement throughout class. If you've taken class here, you know it's not easy, but it's worth it.

(September 17, 2020, 6:13 pm)Love the vibe at this studio. Always immaculately clean, spacious and now with new covid measures the partitions don’t give off any claustrophobic senses. Pair that with the hued lights you feel like you’re in a deep sea paradise. Ample street parking ( free in the am before 9) and with the individual ear phone covers, very hygienic. Awesome instructors always.
