(April 29, 2022, 12:42 am)I enjoy living in a Kevington property. Their team was extremely helpful throughout the moving and rental process. The building is clean, secure and has plenty of amenities. Each day you can see the staff go out of their way to keep the building running and are very responsive through their helpful tenant portal. I also enjoy the extra details that the Kevington team do, including the holiday décor and appreciation events.

They strive to make your experience as pleasant as possible, with prompt responses, professional staff, and positive attitudes. I just wanted to say a big “THANK YOU” to our Kevington team for organizing the community pop-up coffee cart and micro concert today.
I was glad to see you come out to be a part of the event - it’s always so nice seeing the team in person! The coffee was a nice touch and the saxophone player is really talented!
You go above and beyond and we are very fortunate to live here.
It was great connecting with people and meeting some new faces. What a beautiful day! -
