(January 5, 2023, 4:03 pm)Lifesaver! That is what you are, Cathy Ali. Two cancelled flights due to bad weather. It looked grim as m all flights out of YVR were being cancelled for days ahead. Cathy remained calm and reassuring. She spent hours on hold with Air Canada until she could rebook us on one of the last flights to make it out of Vancouver. We are forever grateful! Thank you, Cathy, for your tireless efforts and excellent customer service.

Very thankful for her patience and great customer care. I had dreaded having to book the flight and car lease as it's been many years since my circumstances permitted me to travel overseas. She took all the stress out of the situation, which was such a relief. Highly recommend. -

They provided me a lot of information that I needed about cruise "Holland America Line" and arranged everything before my travel. The manager was nice. Excellent service at best price.
