Chelsea was wonderful! She is attentive and very knowledgeable. I had some leg pain inhibiting me from training. I went and saw her for a couple of treatments and now it’s gone now! Thank you for getting me back to training! I highly recommend getting a treatment from chelsea, you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend Elizabeth as her excellent skills and wonderful service sets her apart from other therapists. She’s very attentive to your needs and is quick to tend to them. She has definitely earned herself a recurring client as I will be booking more sessions with her.

Such a nice, safe, and welcoming place :) I had Chelsea for my first massage and she always checked in and made me feel like I could say stop or ease up if something was too painful. She answered questions I had about my body and the exact spots she was working on. And she was up for conversation but also could sense when I just wanted a quiet moment

FYI because of COVID there isn't a waiting room but Chelsea was quick with getting me from the front door. And the building door/sign is a bit hidden, but it's there behind the white metal door

Liz is absolutely THE BEST! There is so much that goes into finding a good RMT and she's got all of it! Super friendly and can make you feel comfortable. Massage is a very intimate thing and as someone who can really struggle being comfortable and vulnerable, she has made it so easy!

I've had some pain in different places that I wasn't even able to identify exactly where or why and after explaining when the pain was happening and around where, she was able to not only identify it but work on it. It's a huge relief finally knowing what is causing the pain and how to fix it!

On top of all of this, the set up is so comfortable! Heated table (and an extra heated blanket if you like to be really toasty!) are both available if you choose to have it!

I have had a lot of great massages over the years, yes I’m that guy that goes for a massage monthly, and am so thankful to have found Elizabeth. Elizabeth has a great understanding of the human body and how to get it back to where it should be. Scheduling is super easy through the website and Elizabeth direct bills my extended care plan which is a huge plus for me. If you’re looking for an RMT to get the kinks out, look no further!
