A healthy group with tons of support from different members of society, so if you are dedicated enough to change yourself by making better nutritional choices and mold your lifestyle for the better i'd highly recommend this place.

Great community of people that want to make a difference in other peoples lives by sharing their knowledge of nutrition and exercise. If you want to lose weight, get back in shape or make better nutritional choices this is the place to be.

(January 23, 2019, 9:25 pm)Lidia is amazing and the studio is like a second home..have been coming here from the opening, but had to take some time off due to an injury. Returned 10 months ago and it's the best decision I made again...I have numerous health issues and Lidia has been working with me and guiding me to overcome a lot of these, I'm very happy to say that my medications have now been cut in half and my health is improving every day, cannot say enough about the team work and support I have recieved from Lidia and Strive studio, we are a family and everyday we learn something new and have the greatest workouts and fun...I encourage anyone reading this or thinking about improving their overall health and fitness to come and join us, remember the first class is FREE and Lidia would be glad to guide you to a better you, she also offers a FREE body scan so you can see exactly where you are and how to improve your numbers....Looking forward to a better healthier me and the possibility of meeting and helping any newcomers to our group.
