Also, Maija Phelan is the most attentive person I have yet to interact with! Maija has helped me move-in and given me incredibly helpful information throughout the process. Especially with all of the pandemic-related changes she has been consistently responsive to my questions via e-mail, and now in person :)

(August 15, 2021, 5:54 pm)The apartments are chic and beautiful. The views are amazing and the building is in a prime location. They even have their own garden which is very well maintained and looks beautiful.
The staff is super friendly and super helpful. Maija and the building manager (sorry, forgot his name) went above and beyond to help me move in.
Highly recommend living at the Viridian! -

(April 25, 2021, 10:31 pm)I moved into the Viridian this past month and love my new home! The leasing and move in process was very organized and easy thanks to my agent, Mircea Calus. He worked with me from my initial viewing until after I was all settled which helped ease the stress of moving. I even had a welcoming package with gift cards from the neighbourhood, snacks, and beer upon my arrival.
The amenities are great and very clean, I use the gym often and can’t wait to use the pool when it opens.
The neighbourhood is beautiful, my dog and I love our walks and have met lots of other puppies and their owners from the building.
A very comfortable, modern, clean, and cozy place to live, what more could you ask for!
