(October 25, 2021, 5:26 pm)Came out of grocery shopping & my car wouldn't start. I knew it wasn't the battery but tried to boost with 2 different cars. After some investigation, it was narrowed down to the starter. I had to tow my car to a shop close by. This is when I found TCM on google. Left the car on the lot since it was after hours. Dropped the key off the next morning (Friday) & Frank had confirmed it was the starter.
He was super friendly, honest & quick. He had said that the starter replacement would either be completed Sat afternoon or on Mon. Sat we touched base but he said it wasn't going to be ready. I then get a call on Sunday afternoon & was told I could pick up my car (even though he was supposed to be closed & off work!). I'd definitely come back to TCM next time I need vehicle maintenance or repairs. I recommend anyone to speak with Frank if they need the help &/or expertise! -
