(April 4, 2021, 9:26 pm)A friend of mine raved about their bread making class, that's how I found them. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one who find it hard to contact them as they don't tend to return your calls. But that's no reason to give them a low rating here so I took one star off because they are hard to connect with. In terms of rating for food, five stars. I wanted to share how great their cookies are – the best we've ever tasted – not sweet at all. I saw these by chance when I was picking up pastry flour from them. I've been there many times to pick up flour and typically, they have French pastries or chocolates. They promised to contact me when they have a bake sale, but I'm still waiting. I do wish they would offer cookies more often and tell me when they have them!!!

(May 13, 2018, 5:27 am)Learned so much from the three Artisan Bread Baking Class I took with Chef Marco. I still haven't bought bread ever since I took classes. Making them every now and then and freezing them is so rewarding. If you feel motivated, you won't regret it.

(August 6, 2015, 4:50 am)A passionate teacher who cares about his students and their learning adventure. I have never met someone so good At teaching such a creative course. He makes you feel welcome and really wants you to understand what is happening with pastry than just following some simple recipes. Highly recommended!
