We got 4 different quotes from 4 different window companies and spent a lot of time shopping around. Long Life windows were hands down the best choice. We got an excellent quality product for a reasonable price and received exceptional service. Things were completed ahead of schedule and for the quoted price. No surprises! The crew that did the install were also exceptional, they had great attention to detail, were professional and personable and definitely went above and beyond on the finishing touches. In 2015, we replaced all the windows and the front door in our home. We are very happy with the quality and performance of our windows but what I want to comment on is the follow up service. When we heard “lifetime guarantee” we were sceptical but it has proved to be true. We had a problem with the screen door because a dog ran through it and it was fixed immediately. We also had a problem with the front door because it had settled and needed adjustments. It was fixed promptly. The technician was helpful with suggestions re painting. I would highly recommend this company.

I am thrilled with my new windows and patio door. The Long Life team are so professional, friendly, and respectful, and the quality of work is excellent. My entire house feels brand new. The process from start to finish was incredibly easy, with a very fast installation, and I am very happy with the results.
