Not only by pricing that seems to be over a third less than comparable condos I've seen, but also by the cool features. This building has a rooftop community garden, a large bookable events room, and even "green" rooftops. Storage was ample and the kitchens were top notch.
I wish I was able to move in, but I'll have to wait until retirement! -
