His experience and knowledge of the Vancouver market helped us determine a solid asking price and present the condo in its best light. Within 10 days of listing the condo we had several offers over the asking price. Throughout the entire process Jeff was available to answer our questions and keep us updated. Not only is he a professional who is good at his job, but he’s a genuinely nice guy who was a pleasure to work with.
