Truly an interesting and amazing place to start or continue your fitness journey. Admittedly I have never been an active individual, but with Ryan's go getter attitude, optimism and honesty, I've grown to better understand my abilities and genuinely strive to do better - the gift of a healthy life is appreciated.

Not only is it a beautiful studio, it's filled with beautiful people!

I’ve taken classes with Ryan and Lauren and loved them both. They’ve got different teaching styles so there’s something for everyone.

The equipment is fantastic and the programs and classes are well designed- this isn’t your average or trendy group class, they’re health and fitness professionals here.

Come to Healthout if you’re serious about getting in shape or working though past injuries.

Had really great workouts for all ranges of experienced people and beginners like me. I could always take my own pace or take challenges. Ryan knows his stuff and is just super friendly!! def recommend to anyone who wants to be healthy and need info about their body.

HealthOut is the best gym ever that I have attended in Vancouver!
The mobilize class is approachable for the work out beginner like me.
I enjoyed the class and I can tell it works.
(You'll definitely feel it after the class!)
