Scott is enthusiastic ,professional, personable and very knowledgeable. All of his staff and the sub contractors that he uses were highly skilled, friendly, punctual, and did excellent work. The job site was always left very clean and the debris taken away promptly.
It says a lot about Scott and his company's philosophy that he can attract and hold onto such skilled tradespersons.
Factory Edge renovated one of our main bathrooms. The outcome was exactly what we envisioned. We highly recommend them. -

He helped me complete a project while I was living across the country - directing the interior design from afar. They did a full kitchen reno in the first instance, and after the success of that job we hired them to do the bathroom gut as well. They stood behind their work, and made sure we were happy with everything along the way. The quality, efficiency, and service were all exceptional - as an interior designer in Toronto, I work with a lot of different contractors, and the flexibility and support Scott and his entire time offered were above and beyond. Thank you!!

I think the thing which impressed me the most, however, is his commitment to doing the right thing. Our project did encounter an unexpected bump in the road, but Scott stepped up, took full responsibility and made it right, no questions asked. Obviously, no one wants any sort of difficulty, but knowing that Scott works with such a high level of integrity means you can trust that at the end of the day, the job will be done properly. We will use him again, for sure.
