(March 25, 2022, 10:41 pm)While waiting for my husband to pay for our flowers, my toddler was upset because I wouldn’t let him pull off some flowers from the display and began to throw a tantrum. After cashing my husband out, the lady working came outside and gave us a cookie for our son. So lovely and compassionate, put a smile on all of our faces. Great selection of flowers and fantastic customer service - highly recommend!

(January 11, 2022, 9:35 pm)Anne at downtown florist is always super helpful and their flowers are always fresh. All of the bouquets that I’ve had sent as gifts have been beautiful. The one time I had a problem with flowers wilting early, Anne replaced the flowers and made it right with no fuss. Highly recommend!
