(July 14, 2022, 1:25 pm)Before I approach Reiko Mackenzie to sell my condo on Boundary Rd I had it on the market for 3 weeks with lots of interest but no offers. Reiko was happy to help. She was on it right away. Very professional, and knowledgeable about the market. Reiko didn't hesitate to have an open house over the Easter Weekend and sure enough we were in multiple offers right after. She delivered an excellent result. I couldn't be happier to get the condo sold over asking price. Reiko is a great negotiator, I was impressed. I would strongly recommend Reiko for any real estate transaction.

Reiko got me the best deal, and was able to get over asking.She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. From my experience with Reiko I would highly recommend her.
