He was very thorough and communicated his entire thought processes as he performed the inspection. In the end, he saved us a significant amount of money and I sensed that was his sincere intent. I will definitely be working with Nate in the future!

His communication was good and honest, especially when he could not solve the problem on the spot. He proposed a solution, a time and a budget, which I accepted. He followed through on all of those as agreed. Nate worked independently and communicated well throughout. His price was fair and the work was good quality. I will ask for his service again.

(January 17, 2021, 9:50 pm)Nate come to check a leak we had in the ceiling. He was quick to tell us what tell us what the issue was and was able to fix it the same day. He did a great job with the repair. He was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend him for future plumbing repairs.

(December 11, 2020, 11:09 pm)Highly recommended! Our family woke up with no hot water. Nate from Platinum Ridge Plumbing came out that morning to complete the necessary repairs. Unfortunately the hot water tank required replacement and I was worried that we would have no hot water for a few days. Well, no issue, he was able to pick up a new one and have it installed only a few hours later. Great service. The installation and assorted piping and fittings looks clean and professional, much better than the myriad of pipes before. Highly recommend that you contact them first for all your plumbing needs!
