Friendly and professional.
I believe New Beginnings deserves more then 5 stars.. The staff go above and beyond their duties to help me. They are all kind and considerate and they never judge. I’ve been to a few clinics and this is hands down the best. Dr Gill is one of the most amazing drs that I have ever met & that he is kind and compassionate and is always aiming to help the best he can! Don’t listen to these bogus negative reviews, it’s not the staff that’s horrible it’s the some of the clients. I personally see these amazing people get bullied and abused and they still help the person so this is why I believe they deserve more then 5 stars
Definitely the BEST methadone clinic I've ever been to, which says a lot considering I've been on and off the program and to more clinics and doctors than I can even count in the last decade. Not only have I been a patient at every other clinic in the Whalley area, but likely the majority of those in Vancouver as well. The staff here are fantastic, and Dr. Gill is awesome. This place deserves more than five stars, and it's the people that make it. Don't listen to the negative reviews; there are reasons why some people might have had bad experiences that have nothing to do with the clinic and everything to do with them ;) I've seen the staff take all kinds of abuse in stride, regardless of the fact they had nothing to do with the problems in the first place. Anyone with a beef can come see me first before they take it out on them, I'll throw down for each and every single one of them.
I have been coming to this doctors office for a little over a year, Dr. W is a great dude and has helped me with my addiction and I’m not on the right path. Besides the front office people making me feel worthless and they are better then us that’s how I feel. 5 stars to the doctors!
