Even though our time with your service has been brief, this has been due to our sister's health issues on top of our mom's and in no way diminishes the service we received. I am so grateful to you and your team and am thankful that there are people out there such as your team to help. (February 9, 2021, 4:07 am)We have been receiving home care services from Home Instead for over 4 months now and we are super impressed and grateful for our care aid for my Dad. At first dad was a little resisitent because he did not know what to expect.
My siblings and I are extremely impressed at how they matched up Dad with a male care aid. He has been a Godsend for Dad and my Dad will not stop talking about how much he likes his care aid and he looks so forward to the scheduled visits every Monday and Wednesday.
Having this care aid come and take care of Dad has allowed me to stop worrying and feeling guilty because he is receiving such great care AND the care aid is also a friend.
I highly recommend Home Instead! -

They are very well organized, design schedules that fit the client's needs and are usually able to meet the client with in a very reasonable time frame. My client's have also always had a positive experience with their care aid that they are assigned which makes me feel more comfortable knowing that they are in good hands. I look forward to continuing to work with Home Instead and will continue to recommend them to any of my colleagues or others who are looking for a similar service!
