They care about their clients, always offer service with a smile and that is very important to me as a customer. I have n is stil is recommending this store n service to others. Small and congested store but the staff n Owens are unique. Once you shop there you become addicted instantly.

Always ASK and LOOK at your reciept; the older gentleman running the register charged me twice for a packaged meat. I got my refund but then he blamed me that I was messing his way of ringing the groceries. I didn't get the correct change either, I didn't wanna go back because I didn't want to be petty for few quarters.
Also what I've noticed is that if something is $8.78, he will round it up to $8.80 and it's not because of the rounding law of Canada, he does to every item you buy especially if your not noticing the register and when your buying alot of groceries.
Sure it's only few cents, but they are scamming the people trying to make cents off of their customers.
I would suggest them hiring a cashier, and the older gentleman retiring.
And the meat person, Yacoub, is awesome and super friendly! I'll come back for him only! -

(December 3, 2021, 9:25 am)Indian, Mexican, Latino, and Middle Eastern items are mixed together. This is one of the busiest independent grocery stores in the area, specialising in ethnic foods. There are numerous exotic items. The staff is quite pleasant. I contacted ahead and they were quite accommodating. The costs are what you'd expect from a specialty shop, but I think they're reasonable. Spices, seafood, and yams, to name a few, are always available. Imported things are always more expensive, so be prepared; nonetheless, their prices are moderate compared to other markets, and their merchandise is always fresh! A wide range of international items and health cures are available. A wonderful pair runs the family business.
