All the staff go above and beyond to be kind, caring, and supportive, not only to the residents, but also to the extended family. My mother thrived, both mentally and physically, during her stay. Sadly, she has passed on, but her memories and experiences at Westminster House were cherished. I am so grateful she was in a loving environment.

(December 5, 2021, 10:06 pm)As an Health Care Assistant student from DCC Surrey, I had my last week of preceptorship wonderful training.A dedicated team of staff where even I felt a warm welcome. The residents were a great pleasure for me to serve. They were lovingly taken care of.

The Staff provided Amazing Complex Care for our Family Members; always treating them with Compassion and Empathy while addressing their Personal and Medical Needs. The Facility provides Excellent Food, Spacious Private Rooms and Diverse Amenities in a Charming Quiet Location. Westminster House is Exceptional! Thank You!!!

Bringing Dad to the Lower Mainland in 2019 was a last minute decision and was an incredibly stressful time for us. Our timing was lucky and you were able to scramble and accommodate us on short notice and welcomed Dad with open arms.
I am incredibly grateful to have had Westminster House, such a well-respected facility, with a strong team of professional, knowledgeable and caring team members, so close to home.
