(February 25, 2022, 10:03 pm)From initial meeting with Jordan to discuss plans and budgets to final completion, we can not overstate our total satisfaction with Square One. Project came in on budget and time. Like most complex renovations , we added changes along the way, which added to the cost and time frame, but these were always calculated within days of our requests and again, no surprises, on time and on budget.
Special mention would be to the quality and professionalism of all the sub trades who worked on this project. Obviously they are happy to be part of the Square One team. And it was pronounced that all trades took pride in their work and would not settle for anything less than perfection!
Top marks to Todd, our on site Manager who handled all of our concerns and met with us on an almost daily basis to keep us informed of who, what, where and why it would be happening at our home.
Jay kept the worksite impeccably clean which is so rare to see.
Josie, the designer, took our obscure initial thoughts and created the modern and functional finish that we are now thrilled to live in.

Everything done from the quality of the work, respect for timelines, their communication levels and their respect for our space was beyond reproach. I would highly recommend this team to absolutely anyone. -

(February 15, 2022, 12:23 am)We used Square One Construction to remodel a retail space for our new business and we could not be happier with the experience. We sought a number of quotes from general contractors and right from the outset the team was professional and we really got a sense of comfort that they were open and upfront in how they operate. They weren't making promises they didn't feel they could keep which we appreciated. Their pricing was competitive but more importantly we felt like we knew where we stood on the project the entire time. We did have specific timeline requirements and the team pulled together to meet our deadline despite the really tough environment that the industry is under with the broken supply chains and labor shortages.
We are really pleased with the finished product and receive compliments on the space from clients all the time. I hope to be able to work with the team again someday and have no hesitation recommending their services to anyone. -

(February 7, 2022, 1:48 am)If your planning on getting your home renovated look no where else other than Square One Homes. They are the best and very professional. Jordan and his team Joey, Jay ,Sasha , Alexa , and the rest of the trade men are all well trained.
My husband and I had a first hand experience with this team. It was an impeccable, total transformation of our basement. Square Ones renovations had added value to our home .The investment is simply worth it.
